Shein’s Perfect White Summer Dress

If you guys have been reading my blog for a while you’ll have seen this little beaut in one of my wish-list posts. I love white broderie anglaise for the summer, and I think this white smock dress from Shein is perfect. What is so great about this dress is it lined from the waist down, so its not see-through at all.

The UK summers are not always the hottest, so I love pairing a summer dress with ankle boots. These boots are from Zara, and are kind of a sock material, which makes them so comfortable, they also have the coolest ring detail at the back. My bag is this little APC beaut, which I absolutely love.

Finally a close-up of this little dress which may I add is only £18 (Shein will forever be my fast fashion number one choice). I have been looking for the perfect pair of tassel earrings for what seems like ages, this red version from Topshop are actually amazing.

Embroidered Jacket & Double Denim

I am OBSESSED with this jacket, like seriously its gorgeous, it is going to be my staple denim jacket right through the spring/summer this year. This little beauty is from Missguided, it does keep selling out, but the guys at Missguided don’t miss a trick and keep re-stocking, so if you don’t see it on the link below keep checking because they will re-stock.

I wanted this jacket in a more over-sized style so opted for a size 10, and it fits exactly as I wanted it to. I am wearing it with a blue denim mini skirt from Topshop, although it is not exactly the same tone of denim as the jacket, I still love this double denim look. I am looking out for a denim skirt that is a slightly lighter blue, so they look more like a matching set.

Finally I am wearing my denim items with a very staple t-shirt from COS, a plain black leather waist belt from ASOS, my APC bag and of course my Doc Martens, which I could not live without, I love how they dress down any outfit. Really looking forward to wearing them with a little floral summer and black ankle socks, the perfect look for me.

London Fashion Week Festival 2017

Honestly though, what is warmer than a fur coat? (not real fur, ain’t nobody got time for that) this black Topshop version is no exception, and it looks cool with pretty much anything. I like dressing it down the most with a pair of jeans or tailored trousers and some trainers, I love the contrast of something that could be determined as dressy with more casual items.

Everyone should own a pair of black Nikes (biased I know, I clearly have some on my feet) I’ve loved the Air Max 90’s for years. Probably a pit weird but I like how they have more of a raised heel than most trainers, kind of like an acceptable trainer heel (totally not a thing, lol).

Topped the look off with a pair of ASOS black tailored trousers, a ASOS black leather waist belt and a cropped white Missguided tee. Simple but effective for a day walking around the city, when the tube means your coat is off and on more times than a jack in a box!
